Optimum ease of handling with gentle operating mode

With the latest product extension by the swepro Group, two new state-of-the-art random orbital sanders have entered the European market. The designs of the SW 9119DC-6 and SW 9119NC-6 models allow for the optimum performance of tasks on different surfaces. This is especially beneficial to tasks that take a long time and to the treatment of high-quality surfaces. The ergonomic design makes the devices fit in the hand perfectly so that they won’t slip, and this provides for fast and controlled working. Furthermore, the vibration absorbing handle helps making work with the machine gentler on the body. Paint preparation, repair work and industrial work are thus made easier for the machine user. Additionally, both machines are provided with an integrated cooling system. The result: due to a reduced bearing and spindle temperature, the two devices ensure a long service life.

Low noise generation due to copper silencers

There is another product detail that makes longer operating assignments more pleasant when the new random orbital sanders are used. This other impressive feature of SW 9119NC-6 and SW 9119DC-6 is the extremely noise-reduced operating volume. Equipped with a copper silencer, both models only reach a volume of 76 dB(A) and therefore substantially reduce the acoustic stress for the user in comparison with other, comparable grinders. The suction mechanism of the SW 9119DC-6 additionally optimizes work with the machine. The double-channel system that is used during operation substantially contributes to thorough cleaning of the surfaces processed. The exhaust air connection that can be rotated by 360° ensures mobility during processing and enables the new random orbital sander by the swepro Group to adapt to the conditions of each application.

Technical interaction for maximum performance

With high speed and an optimized oscillating circuit diameter, the random orbital sanders convince by exact and powerful grinding results. The sanding pads of the SW 9119DC-6 and SW 9119NC-6 both have a diameter of 150 mm. Although the SW 9119DC-6 is provided with the additional suction mechanism, it stands out by its low weight, just as the SW 9119NC-6. The model with the suction mechanism has a proper weight of only 910 g. The model without the suction mechanism even beats this with its weight of 830 g. With this low weight, perfect ease of handling, and the increased service life, the SW 9119DC-6 and SW 9119NC-6 models are the most powerful random orbital sanders brought to market by the swepro Group so far.
