For the expansion of our sales team at our new office in Leeds / Bradford, we are looking for a dedicated:
Sales Manager / Team Leader (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
Selling our pneumatic tools in the industrial market in UK
Implement our sales structure from scratch
Offering telephone advice and support to our industrial customers with the aim of establishing long-term customer loyalty
Setting up and developing a sales teams (recruitment, training, mentoring)
Taking sole responsibility for carrying out business administration (quoting, recording orders, scheduling, controlling)
Creating new sales territories and expanding client relationship
About you:
Business vocational training (completed) with several years of professional experience
Initial leadership experience in sales is an advantage
Sales experience in the form of telephone communications
Communication skills, social skills and an outgoing personality
An independent and performance-driven approach to work
Good understanding of business situations and company processes
